Beachcroft has acquired the office of Kingslegal in Newport, South Wales. The acquisition represents the first foray into Wales for Beachcroft, who are heavily involved in the personal injury business.
The office for Kingslegal, in Newport, currently has over 100 staff members who deal with personal injury claims. Kingslegal works with both Axa insurance and Zurich insurance, which both use Beachcroft to defend personal injury claims for their clients.
Beachcroft will continue to operate Kingslegal, but on a smaller scale to what they are currently handling.
Beachcroft has been expanding in recent years, acquiring Eversheds legal team in Newcastle and Leeds last year, and earlier this year they opened an office in Dublin.
