Compensation Claim

What Can I Claim For?

There are many different injuries that can lead to a compensation claim. You could be the victim of a car accident. You may have suffered an accident at work. You could have fallen in the street or in a shop, or perhaps you have suffered as a result of medical negligence.

RTA (Road Traffic Accident) Car Crash Claims

When you suffer an injury from a car crash that was not your fault you are able to claim compensation against the driver. Even if the car crash was very low velocity, you could still claim for compensation for injuries suffered. You can claim if you were travelling in another car, if you were a pedestrian or if you were a cyclist.

Accident at Work

When you suffer an accident at work you can claim for compensation against your employer. Every employer has a duty to provide a safe environment for their employees, and if you have suffered injury at work due to an unsafe working environment you could claim for compensation.

Trip and Slip

If you have fallen in the street, or in a shop, you can claim compensation against the people responsible. If you have tripped over a badly maintained pavement then you can claim compensation against the council. If you have slipped on a wet aisle in the supermarket, then you could claim against them.

Medical Negligence

If you have suffered at the hands of a botched operation or misdiagnosis then you may be able to claim compensation. Speak to us at Personal Injury Bureau and we will help you earn the compensation that you deserve.
